Dr. Gita Toyserkani, PharmD, MBA, is Regulatory Strategy Lead at Perspective Pharmacovigilance, where she advises life sciences companies on regulatory strategy across drug safety, risk management, and benefit–risk assessment. She brings more than 20 years of experience at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, most recently as Associate Director in the Office of Medication Error Prevention and Risk Management. At FDA, she led development of the REMS Logic Model, advanced REMS design and effectiveness evaluation, and helped shape modern risk minimization approaches. Gita has authored 20+ peer-reviewed publications and is an invited speaker on regulatory science and risk management, applying mixed methods and implementation science.
