About me
John is a Program Lead at Novartis, and had served as Global Analytics Project Manager and Global Program Team Director in different franchises. Before Novartis, he held positions at Whitehall-Robins, Kos Pharmaceuticals, Schering-Plough, and Sanofi-Aventis. John has actively volunteered in various professional organizations, including Chair of Project Management Community in DIA, President and Career Lead in SAPA, Chair of Chinese Culture Community at Novartis, Club President and Area Director of Toastmasters. John obtained PhD from Virginia Commonwealth University, MBA from Rutgers University, and BMed from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. John is a certified PMP and trained in black-belt for lean six-sigma.
