Jennifer Sheller is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Trial Operations at Merck, where she leads the global infrastructure responsible for the operational delivery of Merck’s clinical development portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience across pharma, biotech, and CRO environments, she has led pivotal R&D programs, major biotech integrations, and regulatory inspections, with a strong focus on quality, speed, trial diversity, and patient-centric execution. She holds a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is an ACRP-certified clinical research professional.
