Prasanna Rao is a distinguished AI practitioner and industry thought leader, currently serving as the Senior Director, Global Head of AI/ML, Clinical Data Sciences, Pfizer R&D. With over 30 years of experience in information technology and analytics, including more than a decade in healthcare & LS. Rao brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. His tenure at IBM as a Watson Solution Architect was marked by significant achievements in the implementation of AI systems for a diverse range of clients. In his current position at Pfizer, Rao works closely with stakeholders, vendors, business SMEs, ML developers, & data scientists to foster innovation & advance the adoption of AI. He has presented at DIA, SCOPE & other conferences.
