Osa Eisele, MD, MPH, is a physician-scientist and global health leader with over 20 years of experience in drug safety, clinical research, and population health. As Head of Representation in Clinical Research (RISE) at Amgen, she advances proportional representation in clinical trials to reduce health disparities and strengthen inclusive research practices. Previously, she served as Therapeutic Area Safety Head for Hematology-Oncology at Amgen, leading global safety strategy and regulatory engagement.
