With more than 25 years of industry experience and a background in statistics, she has led the strategic transformation of Alcon’s clinical content capability into a mature, fully integrated internal function. Krista focuses on quality, governance, and operational excellence, advancing lean ways of working and leveraging emerging technologies to deliver clear, consistent, and regulatory-compliant clinical communications at scale.
