Kimberly Beer is Senior Vice President of Policy and External Affairs at the National Health Council, where she leads policy and advocacy to improve access to affordable, high-quality care for people with chronic conditions and disabilities. She previously served as Senior Director of Public Policy at the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, advancing disability policy and securing support for the National Paralysis Resource Center. Her career includes leadership roles at Susan G. Komen, Arthritis Foundation, and American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as service on Capitol Hill and for a governor. She also serves as a longtime special needs counselor at Potomac Community Resources, Inc. based in Maryland.
