Captain Kavita Dada, Pharm.D., RAC (US), is Associate Director for Regulatory Operations in the Office of Scientific Investigations, Office of Compliance, at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). She provides strategic leadership in global inspection modernization and clinical trial oversight within the FDA’s Bioresearch Monitoring Program, advancing risk-based approaches that strengthen data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and support innovation in medical product development. As a commissioned officer in the U.S. Public Health Service, she supports the Surgeon General’s mission to protect, promote, and advance the nation’s health and safety.
