Jason Binder is the Founder and CEO of Ember, building the first continuous, real-world dataset of patient and caregiver decision-making in oncology. A former pharma data and clinical strategy leader with experience at AstraZeneca, Genentech, and Merck, he focuses on integrating AI, real-world data, and lived experience to improve outcomes. He developed the Ember Companion and Ember Signal platforms to capture longitudinal insights and make quality of life a measurable, actionable signal. His work is shaped by his experience as a caregiver to his wife, Tracy, grounding Ember’s mission to bridge clinical data with the human experience of cancer.
