Greg Sarafin is the Chief Administrative Officer of Sovereign AI where he oversees corporate functions, capital, partnerships, and vendors. Sovereign AI is a vertically integrated, country-first AI infrastructure and platform designed to support governments, regulated industries, and other critical sectors. Previously, he led Global Alliance and Ecosystem strategy at EY, where he built partnerships responsible for nearly 40% of the firm’s growth over six years. Earlier in his career, Greg held senior leadership roles at IBM and in health-tech ventures. His expertise spans platform validation, joint business model design, and the integration of AI technologies into complex R&D and commercialization ecosystems.
