About me
Esther Borteye, PharmD, is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and currently serves as a Risk Management Fellow at Pfizer. She supports pharmacovigilance activities and Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies across therapeutic areas, including assessing safety data, contributing to risk management plans, and developing evidence-based safety communications. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement risk minimization strategies and train stakeholders on regulatory requirements. Esther will join the U.S. FDA Office of Medication Error Prevention and Risk Management in 2026. Her professional interests include medication safety, risk minimization, and improving patient access to safe and effective therapies.
