About me
Donna Libretti Cooke, JD is Chief Impact Officer and Owner of ImpactSphere Clinical, LLC, advising pharma sponsors, CROs, and start-up vendors on participant payment strategy and clinical trial operations. She co-developed the Whole-Person Participant Support™ framework and led the DIA Consortium landscape analysis on participant compensation. She publishes regularly in Applied Clinical Trials, DIA Global Forum, Clinical Leader, and the Journal for Clinical Studies. Previously, she led global contracts and budgets at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and implemented the award-winning Kits4Life humanitarian program.
