About me
Rebecca Nebel, PhD, is a Deputy Vice President of Science and Regulatory Advocacy at PhRMA. In this role, she leads advocacy efforts to advance regulatory policy on key issues including digital health, artificial intelligence, regulatory information technology, real-world evidence, and vaccines. Prior to joining PhRMA, Dr. Nebel worked at the Society for Women’s Health Research where she led scientific initiatives designed to improve research, diagnosis, treatment, and access to quality care for women, and at the National Institutes of Health where she managed and implemented strategic initiatives to improve operational processes. She was also a Christine Mirzayan Science & Technology Policy Graduate Fellow at the National Academies.
