Ben Eloff brings nearly 20 years of federal leadership in advancing medical innovation and regulatory science. At FDA, he pioneered the first Bayesian device trial and co-authored the agency’s real-world evidence guidance. He led the launch of public-private initiatives including the Cardiac Safety Research Consortium and KidneyX. He managed over $50 million in grants, contracts, and prizes to accelerate innovation. Ben held senior roles at FDA and HHS and earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
