Surbhi is the CEO and Founder of Collate. Previously, she was the CEO and Founder of nVision Medical, a medical device company that developed a novel method for the early detection of ovarian cancer, which was acquired by Boston Scientific for $275 million. She has served as a board member for both private and public life sciences companies, bringing deep operational and strategic expertise across the product lifecycle. She also was a General Partner at Y Combinator, where she led the healthcare practice and helped build and scale early-stage life sciences and health-tech companies. She is the author of Without a Doubt: How to Go from Underrated to Unbeatable.
