Melissa “Missy” Gottschlich is Senior Director, Site Network at ICON, where she leads global strategy and centralized operations for Accellacare, ICON’s proprietary clinical site network. She oversees cross-functional teams spanning technology, finance, quality, project management, and medical, and partners closely with business development to support operational sales and innovation. With nearly a decade of clinical research leadership and a background as a Physician Assistant, Missy is passionate about reducing site burden—especially through technology—and has led the deployment of eSource across the Accellacare Site Network. She champions patient-centric trials and ongoing innovation to improve quality, scalability, and site experience.
