Apurva Uniyal, MA, MS, is a Regulatory Innovation Research Scientist at the D.K. Kim International Center for Regulatory Science. With an MS from USC and over 20 years of experience in clinical and regulatory research, she brings both academic and practical expertise to her role. She leads strategic project coordination, advances regulatory science innovation, and supports training and stakeholder engagement. Her background includes infectious disease research and prior work as a Biomedical Senior IRB Analyst at USC, specializing in multisite study reliance. She contributes to global regulatory reliance initiatives and supports projects aligned with WHO best practices, including risk assessment and data-driven tools to enhance transparency
