Elizabeth Jungman is a Partner at the global law firm Hogan Lovells where she advises life sciences companies on high-stakes regulatory strategy and engagement with the FDA. Prior to joining Hogan, Elizabeth was FDA’s Chief of Staff, where she oversaw the day-to-day management of the agency and served as a principal strategic advisor to FDA leadership. Before that role, she led drug policy for the agency as the Associate Center Director for Policy and Director of the Office of Regulatory Policy in FDA's drug center (CDER). Earlier, Elizabeth served as the Director of Public Health Programs at the Pew Charitable Trusts, and as the Senior Health Policy Adviser responsible for FDA-related legislative matters for the Senate HELP Committee.
